Security starts with the workflow.
Finance data needs clear ownership, limited access, and visible review steps. Our approach is to define those boundaries before building an automation, then document the safeguards for the chosen systems.
This page describes our implementation approach. Specific controls, responsibilities, and supporting evidence are confirmed in the engagement; they are not a certification of every proposed workflow.
Encryption & data handling
For each deployment, we review encryption in transit and at rest, the provider’s documented standards, key management responsibilities, hosting location, and data retention. The proposal should identify the applicable safeguards and any limitations before live client data is processed.
No universal AES, TLS-version, bank-grade, or independently certified security claim is made here.
Role-based access & client boundaries
We map access around the people doing the work: preparers, reviewers, administrators, and client contacts. Available role-based controls, least-privilege permissions, account protections, and separation between client engagements are assessed for the selected tools.
Access approval, removal, periodic review, and responsibility for credentials are agreed with your firm. Capabilities depend on the systems and licenses used.
AI providers & confidential information
Before choosing an AI endpoint, confirm its training-use terms, retention settings, subprocessors, and contractual protections. A non-training policy is not assumed across all providers or products.
Use anonymized or synthetic examples in discovery. Live documents enter a workflow only through an agreed channel and scope.
Human approval & traceability
Review, Resolve, Forecast, and Advisor prepare information for a defined process. Your team validates extracted fields, reviews exceptions and assumptions, and approves postings, reports, and external communications.
Logging, evidence retention, monitoring, change control, and escalation arrangements are defined for the implementation. The managed retainer specifies ongoing responsibilities and support coverage.
Compliance is engagement-specific
Applicable professional, regulatory, contractual, and client requirements are inputs to the design. Your firm identifies its obligations; we discuss how the workflow and selected providers can support them.
This website does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or other certification. Any assurance evidence or contractual commitments must be reviewed for the actual deployment.
